Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this website and your initial engagement with Red Carpet Egypt, the market-entry desk of SIG (El-Shahawy Investment Group). Any paid engagement is governed by a separate written scope and engagement letter, which prevails over these terms where there is a conflict.
1. What this website is
This site is informational. Prices shown are indicative “starting from” figures. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, legal or financial advice, or a guarantee of any governmental approval, licence, bank account or outcome.
2. Our promises and their limits
- We come back within 48 hours of your first contact with a fixed scope, timeline and price, in writing, with the worst case stated before you pay anything.
- Timelines such as “bank account initiated in ~1 business day” and “licence filed in 48 hours” refer to the steps within our control (preparation and filing), and assume your documentation is complete. They are not promises of final regulatory or bank approval, which rests with the relevant authority.
- Anyone who promises a final Egyptian licence approval in 48 hours is not being honest; we do not.
3. Engagement & payment
- An engagement begins only when you sign a written scope/engagement letter. Until then, no fees are due.
- Fees, deposits, milestones and any third-party pass-through costs are set out in that document before you commit.
- Refund and cancellation terms are stated in your engagement letter. Government, bank and third-party fees are typically non-refundable once paid to those parties.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and lawful source-of-funds documentation, and to comply with applicable Egyptian and international law. We decline work involving unclear funding sources, sanctioned parties, politically sensitive mandates or anything outside legal and ethical frameworks, and we may end an engagement that breaches this.
5. Third parties
Some services are delivered through independent licensed professionals (for example Egyptian legal counsel and partner banks). They are engaged under their own terms; we coordinate and supervise but do not replace their professional responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The content, design and marks on this site are owned by us or used with permission and may not be copied without consent. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the website is excluded; liability under any engagement is governed and capped by the engagement letter.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Egypt / chosen jurisdiction — confirm], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
